After each team member has participated in the initial coaching process, the team convenes regularly to support one another’s progress- both individually and collectively. These group sessions are facilitated using structured methods and exercises that cultivate vulnerability, authenticity, creativity and courage- essential qualities for building trust and driving innovation. Team engagements typically span 6-12 months with bi-monthly meetings dedicated to progress reviews, shared accountability and ongoing development at both the individual and team level.
